Large, solid 10K yellow gold, 10.33 approximate carat total weight opal and .01 carat natural ruby, peacock pin, brooch in excellent original condition. High quality well made estate piece. This yellow gold peacock, standing with head turned, is adorned with fourteen (14) prong set, pear shaped opals as tail feathers. A single, round cabochon opal is bezel set mid body and a flush set ruby serves as the peacock's eye. The opals display hues of green, blue, yellow and orange. Few signs of use, excellent overall.
