Stunning and most unusual 1964 Rolex 1500/1503 Oyster Perpetual Date 18K yellow gold man's wristwatch in excellent condition. All original watch fitted to its extremely rare 1964 date coded GF (Gay Freres) 18K bracelet from new. The solid 18K yellow gold case is in excellent condition. Case back is excellent with evidence of some ding repair in the past. Excellent acrylic crystal and original signed crown. Excellent original gold dial with gold sword hands and markers. Inside, the automatic winding movement is currently running strong and keeping excellent time although service history unknown. Fitted to the aforementioned GF solid 18K yellow gold bracelet with signed fold over clasp. Will fit up to a size 8" wrist. Case measures 34mm wide with 19mm lugs. Watch weighs 100 grams.
